Removal
Debris
Removal of all debris (left contractor material/leaves/screws/etc.) found on rooftops eliminating any potential loose liabilities, limits possibility of unnecessary rooftop or rooftop unit damage and providing you with ease of mind that no loose debris will be flying off your rooftops.
Gutters
Check/clean all gutters out, in turn, extending the life of the gutters and eliminating rooftop tears.
Check & Clear
Drains
Reconnect drain lines in order to reduce any accidental pools of condensation which can promote plant growth and helps improve A/C efficiency. Check and clear out all downspouts, roof drains and any other drainage systems on rooftops. This prevents clogs throughout drainage systems which if not maintained can incur large loss for the owner/managers and create additional issues.

Supply before and after geotagged photos for proof of the work that was accomplished and exact locations for accurate references/space identifiers.
